把uploadhtml5e 
整 个文件夹放到网站站点根目录里来
就可以直接使用的
如要其它文件夹里如public文件里来
则需要修改两个地方
一个是hcfile.config-0.3.js里的
arr2017.length-3
要改成arr2017.length-4 
一个是config.asp则要修改保存的文件夹层次
g_cengci="../../../" '文件夹层次 
要改成
g_cengci="../../../../" '文件夹层次

iis默认最大是200KB，如要上传大文件则需要配置一下iis允许最大值,百度
参数中的分片img_fdsize(或fdsize)大小不能大于iis的最大值
